Stayed at the hotel for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff were extremely attentive including accommodating our late reservation request for dinner and providing late checkout. Fantastic!

This was overall the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I cannot overstate how incredible their service is. The location is perfect, the staff are incredible, the food and drinks are excellent. The bar, restaurant and spa/ fitness facilities are perfect. The photos show that the decor is old fashioned but yet they are also modern with I pads to operate everything in the room such as lighting and temperature and to order room service or butler. Of course the room has beautiful linens and very comfortable beds. We were extra pleased to be given a room with a bath tub/ larger bathroom as another in our group had a standard bathroom and it is on the smaller side.

This is hands down our favourite hotel in London. The staff always go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after — their service is truly exceptional. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and situated in one of the best locations in the city, making it convenient and enjoyable every time we stay. It’s always a pleasure coming back, and we look forward to many more visits. Highly recommended!

A really great and exceptional hotel with great, luxurious old English furnishings. Top location. Very competent, helpful and friendly staff, whether at check-in/out, entry, restaurant/bars, concierge. Around the clock 24/7 customer service. Great cigar terrace with a very well-stocked humidor. I was overwhelmed and will only stay there when travelling to London.

The location was perfect and overall it was a very good experience. I would have given a 10 were it not for the fact that the Butler service we expected was very poor and not as anticipated, expected or advertised. We had a suite with Butler service and whilst the room was wonderful the butler experience was sadly lacking ad definitely NOT was expecting.

What’s not to love! Everything speaks excellence. Our room was impeccable, the staff were very polite and were at our beck and call, always offering help. We experienced exceptional services through out our stay. It was worth it.

I was belatedly celebrating my 70th birthday & found some treats in my room upon arrival. I felt that all the staff were excellent but Raffaela & Ronald went above & beyond to give me an exceptional experience.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff - not at all snobby, kind, and sensitive to how one likes to be treated. The perfect facilities and the level of care put in everything. You can notice that everyone takes full ownership of the guest experience. And of course LILI ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was beautifully maintained and all of the rooms were comfortable and impeccably maintained. The food was delicious and the floral displays were stunning, adding to the calm and welcoming ambience.

Amazing experience and stay at The Lanesborough. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond. We needed a specific type of energy gel for the London Marathon. The concierge team found the exact gels and delivered them to us in 20 minutes. The best and most exclusive hotel in London. We will 100% return to stay again.
